Refund policy

We get it, sometimes things don't work out. Maybe we messed up your order, or your print is upside down. We're here to fix it.

We've Got Your Back if:

We sent you the wrong thing – Ordered the forest green but got navy? That's on us.

Your T-Shirt arrived damaged or defective – Broken zippers, holes that shouldn't be there or printing mishaps don't belong on an adventure.

The Deal:

You've got 14 days from your delivery to let us know something's up. Just send us an email at Support@rebelgecko.shop.with your order number and a quick note about what happened. In most instances we will offer you a reprint or refund.

A Friendly Heads-Up:

We're a small team of adventure minded humans doing our best to make great Tees.

This policy covers the "oops" moments where we have made a mistake or there are quality issues.

If you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong size or colour, as we print to order we can't offer refunds or exchanges.
